FullStack helps identify and introduce independent professionals for potential consulting and expert witness engagements. FullStack is not a law firm, medical practice, licensing board or court. Website content is general service information, not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

Inquiries and engagements

Submitting a form creates no attorney-client relationship, expert retention, payment obligation or accepted search assignment. The scope of work, responsibilities, any FullStack fees and expert engagement terms must be agreed in writing before paid services begin. Do not rely on this website to satisfy a filing, disclosure or other deadline.

Review has a defined scope

References to review or vetting describe checks agreed for the specific search, not a guarantee or certification. Candidate qualifications, licenses, relevant experience, conflicts, availability and suitability must be verified for each engagement. Counsel is responsible for final due diligence, retention decisions and applicable court requirements.

Independent opinions and no guarantees

Professionals exercise their own judgment. No particular opinion, expert availability, court qualification, admissibility, engagement, outcome or timing is promised. Applying to join the network does not guarantee acceptance, introductions or compensation. Listed expertise categories indicate search areas, not an inventory of available or prequalified experts.

Responsible use

Provide accurate information you are authorized to share. Do not submit privileged material, confidential records, sensitive identifiers or information that violates another person’s rights. Do not misuse the forms, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the service.

Privacy and questions

Use of submitted information is explained in the Privacy Notice. General service questions can be included in an initial inquiry. These website terms do not replace a separately signed service agreement.
